Wilmer Bonnet has a simple, yet beautiful texture. The bonnet is knit back and forth for the garter stitch-edge and texture. The piece is gathered and knit in the round in stockinette sts while decreasing sts for the back of the head. Sts are picked up for the neckline which is knit in ribbing. Finally the I-cord ties are knit.
