Semplice Blouse is a drop shoulder top down with the adorable puffy short sleeves. First, work a pack piece flat. And then, pick up stitches from the back piece and work each shoulder with German short rows for a more comfortable fit on the shoulders. The sleeves are worked with short rows, and finished with the delicate cut-out looking edge. For the last, the body ends with a folded hem.
