Oat Sweater is worked from the top down in a simple, textured pattern. Firstly, the back piece is worked back and forth with shoulder increases. Then, stitches are picked up and knitted along the shoulders. The right front piece and left front piece are worked separately, before being joined together. The back piece and front piece are joined together before the body is worked in the round. Stitches for the sleeves are picked up and knitted, and the sleeve is worked in the round with decreases and finished with a permanent folded edge. In the end, stitches are picked
up and knitted along the neckline, which is worked in the textured pattern.
