When knitting Elephant Edmund, you first knit the head, starting at the back of the head and working towards the trunk. The ears are then knitted and sewn onto the head. The body is knitted from the neck down, followed by the legs and arms. Finally, the head is sewn onto the body and the eyes are embroidered.
